Question about "Daily Upload Limit (# of files)"

I remember talking about the "Daily Upload Limit (# of files)" setting in the admincp and how for the unregistered usergroup since it is a single "user" account for everybody not registered.

The question I have is for the registered usergroup.

If I set the "Daily Upload Limit (# of files)" setting to 100 for registered users does this mean that every individual user will have a limit of 100 or does it mean that all the registered users combind and together can not upload more than 100 images total in a day?

Thanks.

It means each user would be able to upload 100
