Yep than the issue is as I stated.

Your host does not have a correct installation of either image processor.

GD2 is non existent.

Imagemagick is not installed correctly.

When asking them if imagemagick is installed, I was sent this reply.....yes it is heres the proof.....is this right??

from the command line have them issue a locate mogrify or whereis mogrify

You need the path to mogrify to place in your config

You can if you have SSH access do a non root install of Imagemagick here

Ok so GD is correctly installed now...I see it in phpinfo.php, and vbulletin is picking it up. However when uploading a pic im still being redirected to a blank page....when i go back to the main page the image has thumbnailed but the larger image does not show up. I have made the changes to you told me about chuck...any other ideas??

How about in uploadproduct.php and bulkupload.php adding this line

ini_set("memory_limit", "32M");

right under

require "pp-inc.php";
