Error message

I have reinstalled the newest version of PP and I keep getting this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 184320 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/doitdigi.com/httpdocs/gallery/adm-inc.php on line 462


Can someone help me figure out what this means and what I need to do to fix it??

In pp-inc.php try this add the line in bold

error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);
ini_set("memory_limit", "24M");

hmm....thought that worked but now I am getting this error

Then that line can not be set because your pp-inc.php is using only 8 meg of memory not 24 like that line is saying.

How about asking your host to raise the php memory limit?
