Cannot Access Admin Page

Not sure what has happened but I cannot access the adm-index.php page any longer. Nothing to my knowledge has changed and it has worked for months. It was running 5.13 using VB and VBPortal when the problem occured. I tried uploading a backup copy of the adm-index.php file (v5.13) and tried that without success. I then downloaded PP v5.2 uploaded the files and ran the upgrade with success but still can't see the adm-index.php page. All that appears is the frame bar on the left but everything else is blank. The rest of the site is fine.

So you need to left panel of admin but not the right panel?

So your actually getting into admin you just can not see the main window with the settings

Is this accurate

Really it's a completely blank screen except for a faded out scroller bar on the left.
