PP5.2: Purpose of the calendar

Hi,

I know this sounds stupid, but I missed any hint on what the new calendar in PP 5.2 can do.

I have installed PP5.2 only on an empty testboard. I just want to see before I upgrade my PP5.14 versions, what I can do with this calendar option.

So far, I only see the option in ACP to turn it on and off. But I do not see what the benefit of this calendar is/ what kind of features does it offer when running on a live site...

You can see what photos were uploaded on particular days. I think it is useful but possibly needs a caption to explain that.
