Once when I had this issue, it was because the file size was bigger then what was allowed in the php_upload settings

can't upload

No, it isn't a file size issue. I just asked some others and apparently no one has been able to upload for a few days.......it is strange that there is no error message........just a blank page.

Still can't upload

I still can't upload anything to my gallery. Apparently no one has been able to upload for a few days. This seems to have started when the server the gallery is on did some upgrades. Can someone give me some ideas of what might cause this and what I need to do to fix it.

When I try to upload I get the 'Preparing to Process Image' message, but then I just get a blank page.....no error message or anything.

Help!!

Thanks Wendy

Your issue is your host recently upgraded your PHP version and did not install GD2 support which is what your using for an image processor.

Simply ask your host for the path to mogrify on the server if it exists so you can use Imagemagick or ask them to compile php with GD2 as you need one or the other for our app to work.
