Changed server, this is the Fatal error.....

Hello:

We have recently changed servers and I thought I had everything changed and updated but I am now getting the following Fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/nakedcir/public_html/includes/pnBanners.php on line 50

What do I do to correct this issue to see if my changes have worked?

Please advise.

Hello we have no file with our distribution that is named this. It seems to me your issue is with some other program.

is it possible to limit the uploading of members photos on site to one photo per every 24hrs and or for some members to a maximum of 3 uploads per 24hrs.

In usergroup permissions in admin set the daily upload limit to how many photos you want per group there.
