$59 dollar installation - registered users cannot post or view

Hi,

I have an install out of the box, meaning I paid for the $59 the install, but since then only administrators can upload photos. Registered users are showing as unregistered users. I have no idea why this is occurring.

I went to usergroups, refreshed and set the proper permissions for the "Registered" group. But Registered users cannot upload or post since they are not being recognized as registered, even though they are.

Does anyone have any advice-- I have checked all the boxes and applied the permissions, to each categories and also in the usergoup permissions. Nothing is working. Any help is much obliged.

Update:

I have tried everything in the FAQ ands I am still out of luck and out of time. Cannot seem to make VB3's Registered users get recognized by PhotoPost.

Is there anyone here (from or referred from PhotoPost) that I can pay to have it fixed?

www.mydomain.com is not the same as, 'mydomain.com'. Make sure ALL of your URL's match up perfectly otherwise cookies will not carry over from www.mydomain.com to mydomain.com.

I seem to be integrated fine if I go to your site. I went to your forum registered a username and then when to your photopost and uploaded a photo and i am a normal user

So I guess the issue what usergroup you talking about. If you created new usergroups since the install in Vb to have photopost recognize them you need to in photopost admin edit usergroups do a usergroup refresh to grab the new groups

again though I can only speculate this is what your issue is

Problem Solved---

I did not delete "both" the drums.com and www.drums.com cookies -- one was REAL old that expired in like the year 2019. I deleted them on my home computer and everything works fine.
