version 5.13

I am currently running 5.12 -- do I need to upgrade to 5.13 before I do the 5.14 upgrade? If so, where is the 5.13 upgrade?

If you read the documentation on the upgrades in your download you will see there is no upgrades script to run to go from 5.12 to 5.14

Did you overwrite your config file? The upgrade instructions state not to upload the config file. You would need to edit your config-inc.php and correct any settings.

Your $PP_PATH is set to a new config file path and needs to be updated. If you did overwrite your config you would also need to place the proper mysql information in the file as well

You dont need to start over you just need to edit the config-inc.php as I stated and put in the proper mysql database information to connect to your database and the proper path to the install
