Report Photo not working

Hello the Report Photo and eCards do not work. Am I missing something in the setup? The Receive Email Updates works, but the first 2 never actually make it to my in box. Anyone have a suggestion of where to start looking? I'm integrated into UBB Threads. Thanks

Well if ecards and report photo do not work the only thing explains that is your php mail is not working with our program.

There are no restrictions whether notification has to be on or off on these two things. It is a simple do it and the email is sent example below
