Question Photopost & VB3 Integration problem...

I have just completed a fresh install of Photopost 5.13. My site is hosted by startlogic, FreeBSD 4.10-SATA-RELEASE #0: T i386, Apache 1.3.31, PHP Version 4.3.11

I am currently running vBulletin 3.0.8 with vbPortal Version 3.0.5.

I selected the VB3 Integration during the install. I have cleared all cookies multiple times, checked and verified the vB license # & have made sure that bb is set as the cookie prefix.

Can someone please tell me exactly (in laymen terms ) what else I will need to try or change to make this program functional...

well you have the forum and photopost installed on two separate domains www.domain.com and domain.com

set cookies as follows in vb

cookie path /
cookie domain .domain.com

photopost as this

cookie path /
cookie domain .domain.com
cookie prefix bb

vb license number needs to be entered in config not customer number, the license number is found at the top of you vb config file

Thumbs up In regards to the support here...

After I thought I had tried everything...

It's PhotoPost Support to the Rescue!

Thanks Omegatron!
You, by far, exceeded my expectations of your willing assistance.

I want everyone else to know who is here reading these forums, that the service and support @ PhotoPost is truly OUTSTANDING!

I will also be purchasing the PP Classifieds now with the comfort of knowing that these folks do stand behind what they sell.

Thanks Again!
