PhotoPost 3.1.1 Error Scanning Database

Things were going fine with my PhotoPost 3.1.1, recently it started showing error during database Scan. It is also not allowing thumbnail creation.

This error message shows:

Thumbnail not sized: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/gallery/data/601/482forfar_fence-thumb.jpg
Creating from /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/gallery/data/601/482forfar_fence.jpg ...
Warning: system() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 189
failed resize!

Whay could be going wrong?

Looks to me like your host has changed some things you might want to contact them
