Foggy pictures once uploaded unless view at full size

I need help, I can't seem to get my thumbnails to not look foggy or dark. it also is happening to some of the medium pics as well

any ideas please?

Double check which processor your setting the program to use and make sure your using the right one. Example gd1 versus gd2 etc

Looks to me like an issue with your servers image processor install
