Arrow Copy over Categories and images?

I have installed the latest version of PP5.13 to integrate with VB3.0.8 I am moving all of my data over from the old site to the new one. There had been some code errors which is why I did not use the upgrade option.
Is it possible to copy over the categories and images from the old installation to the new one?

You would need to run an upgrade on the prior tables to upgrade them to the new version

Okay You have not uploaded all the required files. To upgrade an install you must have all the new files uploaded.
