transtion to dedicated server

OS: Windows 2003 server
php: 5/0/4
mysql: dont know.
i was on a shared host, and relocated to 2 dedicted servers.
leasing the hosts from www.nextmill.net
http://www.jugend.co.il/gallery/index.php is my gallery.

hello all,

i recenstly moved to dedicated severs which hold my site, after the transtions the thumnails disappeared. i tried reconstruction the thumbnails, but it wont work.

note that if i go to a directly to a picture and click on it i can see the picture.

i believe it is some write permission i forgot to change to a spesipic folder.
either that or i messed up something i dont know.

the comapny which leases the host for me, did the transition. so basicly i am trying to guess what went wrong.

any tip would be appricated.

In your global options you must set the proper server path to the data and uploads directories. These do change on a server move.

well you need to make sure the urls and everything are correct in the settings. Best thing is to make sure ther proper server path is in the config-inc.php and then actually edit the settings table of the program and change those settings directly

while a user is trying to upload picture, the process is cancelled in the middle and returns to the upload page (same page):
http://www.jugend.co.il/gallery/uploadphoto.php

i can't save any changes in the admin panel.

what should i do?

Right but you moved servers.

I beleive it looks to me like they are saved as everything displays on the server

I dont know what you mean by not saved. You sure you have the right database settings set so its attaching to the proper database?

As far as uploads you would need to check with your host on the requirements of uploads on there server. It appears to me your file upload is being blocked like fileuploads are off
