Can no longer upload pictures

Hi,

I'm having series of problems with Photopost.

The latest is that I cannot upload pictures. The error I get are:

Warning: fopen(/home/kunle/public_html/gallery/uploads/15/index.htm): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in homekunlepublic_htmlgallerypp-inc.php on line 1864

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in homekunlepublic_htmlgallerypp-inc.php on line 1865

and

/home/kunle/public_html/gallery/uploads/15: Error creating directory (check permissions).

Please notify the System Administrator.

How can I solve this?

and on a bigger picture, I'll like to start all over with Photopost - reinstallation everything

Our install guide is here and should be what you need to install

Per the installation guide your uploads directory has not been set to 777 and this is why you have your issue.
