| after upgrade from 5.1 to 5.13 cannot upload photos
i just upgraded from 5.1 to 5.13 and find out that everytime we want to upload photos, it back again to the upload page without any images uploaded and without any errors message.
i have done all the intruction use upgrade.php from 5.1 to 5.11 or 5.13 and already replace all the necessary files. so don't know what to do..

You host just upgraded your php like a couple days ago. File uploads are on but you might want to check with them if there are any restrictions as in is behaving as if they are off.
example yahoo for instance requires that a user have a tmp directory in there webroot if they want to upload files

Ask them what was changed when they upgraded there php. Tell them file uploads do not work.

Make sure you have uploaded all the proper new files to your server.
There is no issue with uploads.
There is one of two issue here that I can think of.
1. You do not have all the new files.
2. Your server changed and there is some setting to allow uploads like I stated previously. Basically the file upload is not uploading hense it just goes back to nothing so its behaving like uploads are not allowed on the server.

Yeah the only time I have seen that is like on yahoo servers where they require a special tmp directory in the customers web server before file uploads function. Thats why I suggested you ask.
I remember another one where powweb upgraded there servers earlier in January and all customers had to set an alterate php.ini file with a tmp directory statement where the tmp directory was
So this is definately looking like something like this.

after i reupload again all the upgrade files, now can upload but got this message on top when I uploaded 4 files and clik the 'Click here to bypass approval process and upload all files in directory'

and

Please contact system administrator. on the window.

seems like i got this error everytime i upload more then 1 file ???
but seems no problem if i only upload 1 file and click no option...
