Thumbnail Rotating Wrong!

Hi... when I upload my pictures, some of the landscape ones, when on the site, shows properly rotated... however, the THUMBNAIL is all screwed up! The icon background (I'm using the "poloroid" type of icon) is in a portrait mode but the icon IMAGE does not get rotated... when you click on it, however, the main image is correct and has been properly rotated.

Please help!

You have an example

The thumbnails we create are based off the large image so in essense they can not be different
