Things were great, but now broken images

The program seemed to be working fine.

I decided to enable ecards, I switched on watermarks (thought they were already but...?) and enabled on the fly watermarks. Sent myself a test ecard, then everything crashed!!!

The thumbs displayed, but when you click on them to go to a medium image, it is broken. The interesting thing, is if you click, "send ecard" the image displays in the card!

I tried all the functions in "scan database".

I then disabled on the fly watermarks and the images then appeared, whewww...

I have just tried uploading images using two of my handles.

The first gave:

Error creating watermarked original! Error code: 154

Command: "/usr/bin/X11/composite" -compose over -gravity SouthEast /home/teambuic/public_html/showroom/watermark.png '/home/teambuic/public_html/showroom/data/500/2930before_2.jpg' '/home/teambuic/public_html/showroom/data/500/2930before_2.jpg'

Then I disable water marks, and they upload.

When trying to upload with my main admin handle, I get the error:

Your having multiple issues some not related to another

1. Your admin uploads directory uploads/1 doesnt look to be set to 777 I would assume

2. Your watermarking on the fly needs to be set to off unless you fill out the watermark.php file with the proper paths. You can upgrade to 5.13 and watermarking on the fly is a bit easier.

3. Is composite actually installed on your server where its looking for it?
