Unrecoverable Error

Hi,

I just upgraded to the newest security release 5.12. Everything seems to be running fine except I have had two instances of people editing a gallery photo to trying to copy it to their gallery. They have both received this message:

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

I (as admin) was able to edit a photo and copy it to another gallery. I also have an account that is not admin and was able to do the same. So it appears to be intermittent.

Linux - Dedicated Server
Server OS: CentOS 3.5
PHP Version: 4.3.11 (Zend: 1.3.0)
Database: MySQL 4.0.24-standard

Odd, I haven't heard of this from any of my users on my site; that it only happens to some users is curious. Maybe a strech, but if they try again at a later time, does it work for them then? (I'm not sure if that's an actual PhotoPost error or if its coming from somewhere else).

Hi Michael,

I tried again several times last night as a user rather than admin and was not able to reproduce the error. One of the ladies who had the error tried again and received the same message.

I attached the error screen she received.

The second person tried again and got the same error. So how can I go about finding out the problem?

Maybe you can try clearing our her uploads/<userid> directory of any files to see if there is something there causing the problem?
