Unable to download new version
 

I get this error message:

Unauthorized. If you are running a firewall such as Norton Internet Security or Zonealarm, please temporarily disable it, return to the members area, and click the download link again.

I disable my firewall and I still get the message.

How do I download the new version?

If you have high security settings on your computer you will block the ability to authenticate. As things state disable any type of firewalls etc you have and continue. If this is a company your trying to access things from there may be nothing you can do to gain access which means you would need to access the download from a less secure environments. Some companies block access to certain ports and such and you have no control.
