Internal Server Error

Hi, I am installing photopost 5.11 for my friend who bought the software last week, and I keep getting an 500 Internal Server Error when i proceed to step two. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Thomas

(PS if you need his license number, i can PM it to you.)

Have you set file permissions etc according to the instructions.

http://www.photopost.com/installphp.html

Also make sure to reupload the php files especially pp-inc.php and install.php as you might have a corrupt file when you uploaded them.

Unhappy

I reuploaded all files, check all directories & files and they are chmod correctly.

Still get error on step two:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mysite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anymore ideas??

None other than to reupload ALL files and recheck permissions.

Anything in the server error log?

Yes, I changed servers last week and had a few issues, but they are fixed and my copy is working. My friend (i reffered him), who bought a copy 2 weeks ago, who I am installing it for, is where I am having the issues. As a said before, i can PM you his license number if you needed it.

Anyway, can I PM you the login details so you can see the error and perhaps tell me whats wrong?

PM link and details sent. Thanks Chuck.

Thanks,

Thomas
