install error?

Hi Im running photopost on a windows 2000 machine and get the following error messages.

I tried to edit the config-inc and config-it to put in forward slahes but still get error, made sure the permissions were right althought Im not sure how to do this in windows, I wonder has anyone had issues with a windows box with it removing the slahes between directorys? and a possible resoulution.

Go into admin section and click storage options. click revert twice to correct the wrong path
