problems with registering

I'm having problems installing PhotoPost on my server. I was able to register myself as an administrator, but noone else can register. I get to the "choose your age" page and it just stalls there when I try to click on "Over 13 years of age". Does anyone know what the problem is? Here is the link:

Please download and install 5.11 which fixes any issues in earlier releases of 5.1
