question re header-inc.php and install.php

In the previous upgrades, you mentioned NOT to replace the header-inc.php and the install.php. When upgrading to 5.11 do we replace these 2 files also?

you do not upload install.php on an upgrade as thats the install file and only needed when installing a normal install. the header-inc.php is used for vb3 integrations and should be uploaded like any other changed file
