Help me, a few errors, pp site searches render little help.

Hi,

Tonite I tryed to install photopost here: http://www.globalfmx.net/forums/gallery/

as you can see I am having problems!

On my fresh install, everything went well till I got to step 5 and this error was at the top of the page:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/hostglob/public_html/forums/gallery/forums/vb3.php on line 467

I went ahead and did everything on the page correctly, and the errors that appear on http://www.globalfmx.net/forums/gallery/ showed up. So I reinstalled on a fresh install and got the same thing. On reflection through old threads here I found a post where I needed to insert a row into pp_usergroups.

stating this:

INSERT INTO pp_usergroups (groupid,groupname,modaccess,cpaccess,uploads,uplimit,comments,diskspace,uploadsize,editpho,editposts,useralbums,reqmod,canassign) VALUES('6','Administrators','1','1','1','1','0','0','0','1','1','1','0','1')

I have checked and double checked that all my db info is correct.

Any ideas?

I am on a linux server, Dedicated VPS, Everything is current php and mysql wise and I am running GD 2+.

please check your path statements in the config files, first check your $vbpath in the config-int.php

I checked my paths and they are correct, I even tryed another fresh install in a diffrent directory...my database names and passwords are correct...what am I missing?

Look in your vB config file for $tableprefix and make sure that "Forum database table prefix" in the PP admin panel matches it.
