Install Problem step 4

This is the error I get...and even if I install all new..I get always the same error on instalation step 4 (so after I press ok in step 4)

I see also Files and Folders in these errors, what don´t exist.....like:
data/2/mini/index.htm

I just noticed...there are even more things thta are not in my .zip file
/data/2/mini/index.htm
/data/2/medium/index.htm

and more...where are these files ?

Ok i just noticed that the script made the files, sorry....

Ok, I solved the problem ....for everybody who wants to know what the problem was:

I had all chmods as described, but the folders what the script generates meanwhile you install, don´t have (at me) a correct chmod. You have to set them to 777

Now I have one last error:

Here I have no idea what I should do !!!
