Problem after server crash

Our server crashed a few weeks ago and our ISP have had a major problem getting it back - the file index systems on all the backups were corrupt. The web site stuff has been recovered and I now have a problem getting Photopost to work.

I tar'd the original installation to the new hard drive, and last night all was working OK. But this morning none of the photos can be viewed, only the thumbs are visible.

These are the permissions:

/photopost 2755 (all files 644)
----/data and all sub directories 777 (files mostly 644 some are 666)
----/help 755 (all files 644)
----/images 755 (all files 644)
----/languages 755 (files 644)
----/languages/english 755 (files 644)
----/stylesheets and sub directories 755 (all files 644)
----/templates and all sub directories 755 (files 644 and 777)
----/uploads and all sub directories 777 (all 121 sub dirs empty)

Any ideas what is happening please?

Hmmm...strange, but I have now fixed this. I did it by turning off all options to use the watermark, as I could not get it to work, see my post at:
