Am I blind? How to change the stylesheet being used

Okay, I must be nuts, blind or overworked.

Photopost gallery is now upgraded from <gasp> 3.2.1 to 5.1

But the colors do not match (and we are still using vb2 for a few more weeks)

How do I change the stylesheet being used? I see there are other stylesheets I can edit. How do I select which one I use?
