Invalid user after 5.1 Upgrade

Hi All, I have successfully upgraded from 4.8.1 to 5.1 with only 1 hitch. When I click the Login link at the top it immediately gives me a screen that says:

Invalid login. Please check your username and password, or register.

I use the Photopost login (not integrated with anything like Nuke or VB or whatever). I know there used to be a setting in "Settings" that told it what to use, but that seems to be moved. This is a Win2K3 Server with IIS6 PHP 4.3.11 and MySQL 4.0.24 (quit your laughing, it usually works). Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Derek

If you go into the config, do the paths all look correct to the installation ?

If I look at the Settings table in PHPMyAdmin, everything looks correct. I have no settings for header, footer, or headtags, but I don't believe those had settings before the upgrade.
