Missing files in 5.1 + Few Suggestions for future builds

FileList.txt in current download (made 5mins and 15 mins ago) from photopost official members download area says.

Following file is missing: adm-menu.php

Please do not include thumbs.db alongwith the relase and please add index.htm to all rmpty folders and/or folders only with images (like stylesheets folder)

Thanks! Didnt know the Thumbs.db had creeped back in there.... annoying little bugger.
