Permission denied error

Help, i tried to upgrade to the latest version but get the error

Which folder do i have to change the permission?

Also, must i re-run everything from start again? Or can i just continue from upgrade.php?upgrade=50

I have gone a step further by chmod 777 on all the folders and files, but still get this error.

You may now remove the upgrade.php script from your PhotoPost directory.

Your fine dont worry your upgrade is done. Some servers do not allow automated deletions like that. Simply ftp and delete those files if you want they will not affect anything
