Backup dir permissions

I am rebuilding our server after a huge crash. Can someone remind me of the chmod for the backup directory. I thought it was 777 but the backup is not working.

Yep 777. what version of photopost you using? check the path to the backup directory and path to mysqldump

Also if mysql is on a seperate server the backup utility will not work

Using current version. I have checked permissions on all directories, and the path to the backup directory is correct. My other apps are backing up OK, just not Photopost.

Any error you are getting would help?

Take note our backup utility needs mysql on the same server and the proper path to mysqldump as well as proper path to a writable directory.
