Major Problems Bulk uploading after upgrade to 5.03

I just upgraded to 5.03.
Everything went smoothly with the upgrade until the final step, I got these errors:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Everything was fine before hand and now I get a blank page after trying to bulk upload a bunch of files. see attachement. I am using GD2. I tried to switch to ImageMagik and I actually could view the thumbnails of the pictures, but when I tried to process them I got this error:
Error creating watermarked original! Error code: 154

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Can anyone help? I need to get these pics up quick.

FYI, the url is www.idslamyou.com/gallery

Thanks

Hi..

Those files which were indicated with your first error msg can be removed if you wish, it was just the installer trying to remove them, there not needed for this version.

I believe the error on upload could be due to the fact that your hosts version of Image-Magick is out of date, you could ask them to upgrade it, or check your permissions on all your data directories including your watermark file, set to 777

I managed to solve the watermark issue, sort of. I am using Image Magik and uploaded a gif file and it worked fine. Must have been an issue with the png, although it didn't happen in the past. I am still dumbfounded why GD2 won't work. I have a dedicated server and have photopost installed on another domain and it works fine with GD2.

One issue that I have never been able to fix is the placement of the watermark. No matter what location I choose it is always in the upper left corner. Any idea on this?

If your using IMagemagick check where you are telling it to place the watermark on watermark options.
