I can't restore my tables since I don't have a back up, so I am going to upload all the pictures again. However, I would like to delete all of the comments that were made previous. How do I do that?

You would need to use phpmyadmin and empty the comments table. There will be an empty link when viewing the comments in phpmyadmin
