admin panel

after upgrading, I can't get to my admin panel. I have a link that says admin but when I click on it I get a blank screen except for the line 2786 error.

now what?

Hi..

Sounds like a cookie problem, are you using forum integration? - if so, please recheck your "Forum Cookie Prefix" and "PhotoPost Cookie Domain" to match those of your forum exactly... examples would be >

PhotoPost Cookie Path : /
Forum Cookie Prefix : bb
PhotoPost Cookie Domain : .mysite.com (notice the two dots)

they are the same as far as I can tell....

I went to the admin panel of the phpbb and it is the same as the one I put in the integration on the photopost panel

Your not going to be loggin in anywhere until your other issue is resolved as the error will superceed anything else.

Since that error you have is a global error in the global pp-inc.php the program is waiting for the error to be fixed.

Same Problem

I have the same problem after upgrading to 5.1; except we don't even see the admin link. And can not log into the admin section at all.

You would need to give more info that that, The customers issue was something else entirely separate from cookies

Give url to install and type of integration and if possible test login

More Information

The photo area is at http://merrilystrickland.com/photopost/index.php We just purchased the product like a month ago and were in process of setting it up when the new version was released. I upgraded it tonight and now can't get to the admin section.

well your not allowing registrations so what exactly do you mean you have no admin since all I can do is look at the page
