Bug during upload

I have just installed on photopost and created categories. I just did a bulk upload of photos using the admin option and when I clicked "submit" got this error message. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/disk/usr/local/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x65 -quality 70 -geometry 100x65 -unsharp 10 '/web/htdocs/mz_tools/photopost/data/507/thumbs/ama_dablam.jpg'

You sure that is your path to mogify?

Usually it is this

/usr/bin/mogrify

/usr/local/bin/mogrify

/usr/X11R6/bin/mogrify

I have never seen a /disk directory

Thumbs down Same problemo

Omegatron

I also have the same problem with my error message being,

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 -unsharp 10 '/home/base4gar/public_html/gallery/data/2/thumbs/Sample.jpg'

I emailed my web admin for correct path and it is what you see above. I have subsequently emailed them again to see if they have any idea why image magick cannot execute.

Try removing from image-inc.php this twice in that file and see if it works

I removed the code you suggested above in the two places it was found in the file and it did not work. I received the following error message:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/disk/usr/local/bin/mogrify" -size 63x100 -quality 70 -geometry 63x100 -unsharp 10 '/web/htdocs/mz_tools/photopost/data/507/thumbs/bach.jpg'

okay and without the /disk as well? If so then you do not have access to mogrify on the system

What do you mean? You have removed /disk from your mogrify post before.

Good Advice! Just tried it and it works fine - and that why you are, where you are today!

I thought it might be worth pointing out to the other member that is having problems - if you are running on a win server you probably need "mogrify.exe" not just "mogrify" in "$mogrify_command" path.
