Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 139

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x87 -quality 70 -geometry 100x87 -unsharp 10 '/usr/local/www/vhosts/gx2gmodels.com/htdocs/network/data/1/thumbs/Diezel_dancers.jpg'

My clients are uploading and getting this error a lot. I have logged in as a regular user and created the error by uploading an image myself.

Can you please help me Chuck.. I have over 400 people viewing my galleries and clients can’t seem to upload… what is the problem…?

Hi..

You could a coupple of things to get you back working, either try using GD2 as your image processor for now, or ask your host to install/re-compile a newer version on Image-Magick on your server.

I believe removing +profile \"*\" from the image-inc.php file (line 302 the syscmd string) may help for now also untill a newer version of IM is installed.
