Error with vb3 integration

Hello I just installed vb3 and photopost when I try to use the intergration i get this error

what does it mean and can i fix it thanks

Photopost requires that safe mode be off so that it may operate properly. You can edit your php.ini and turn it off or have your host assist you.

Note not all hosts will turn this off at a customers request
