Error -Appears to be permissions....?
 

I'm upgrading my 4.8x version with v5.03 however I'm running into this error in the upgrading process, which the list actually goes on with more files, but I didn't want to list it all here.

I have these file permissions set at 666.

Just delete em by hand no harm no foul not every server allows scripts to be deleted by scripts
