Exclamation Uploading Errors...This just started....

I uploaded over 50 photos last night, everything went very smooooooooth! Im trying to upload again and this is the error messages Im getting. I have done nothing since last night and now...

Warning: getimagesize(/home/fitness/public_html/forum/gallery/data/2/1new_wp_pics.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in homefitnesspublic_htmlforumgalleryimage-inc.php on line 215

Warning: Division by zero in homefitnesspublic_htmlforumgalleryimage-inc.php on line 254

Warning: getimagesize(/home/fitness/public_html/forum/gallery/data/2/1new_wp_pics.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in homefitnesspublic_htmlforumgalleryimage-inc.php on line 77

I can't even upload a single pic....

What are your image upload settings in upload photo options? Have you changed anything

Things dont just change like that.

You sure you have all data directories and there subdirectories set to 777?

That was the problem....did not have them set to 777 I followed the old instruction on....Problem Corrected...Thanks..
