Don't see download area for PhotoPost in my members area

Hi Michael and Chuck,

First of all, I wanted to mention that I feel that both RP and PP are very good scripts, and my website visitors enjoy them very much. They definitely add something to my website.

I wanted to mention that I just renewed my access to the members area for my PP software, but when I go to the "Member's Area," I do not receive a link for the newest Photopost download...

Both last night and this morning I emptied my cookies and deleted all of my temp. internet files, but I still can't see the link.

(I emailed Chuck last night about this, and I appreciate that Chuck emailed me back promptly and recommended that I deleted my temp. internet files).

One odd thing is that in my PP members area, the header of that page says "PhotoPost Classifieds Members Area," which I never purchased and do not own. I wonder if this is related?

Thanks for your help. I know that you guys are busy, especially on the weekend.

Are these the urls to download the products

I have send you your info by email just make sure you enter the proper user for each license. The only way I can reproduce this is if I enter your reviewpost members id into the photopost download link

Thanks for the response, Chuck.

I replied to your email.

Is it possible to enter a ReviewsPost member ID and password to the PP members area? I did not realize that.

I will double check to see which username/password that I am using to logon to the PhotoPost members area....

That was exactly the issue, Chuck.

I own the licenses for both RP and PP (and have renewed both members areas access), and I was able to sign in to the PP members area with my RP username and password, and that is why I was not able to see the download link.

Perhaps it might avid confusion in the future if the database only allows PP usernames to enter the PP Members Area, and RP usernames to enter the RP members area.

Hey guys...

I am trying to download the newest Photopost (5.1.4?) and I am having the same trouble seeing a download link in the members area.

I renewed my membership access in May 2005.

I emailed you the confirmation email that I had received in May.

Hello I would suspect here you are trying to signin to the photopost area with your reviewpost area like we have already stated in your support thread open on this issue already.

I signed in using your photopost information and the download link comes up just fine
