Thanks, but is it normal to have the empty minimizable table in the header in the photopost? http://www.youradultworld.com/ppost

It looks just like the rest of the site header, except the table is empty, and I think it looks rather strange like that. Any ideas?

well I would suggest you view your header stuff and see what the problem is.

Interesting observation is the problem is backwards. Your site views fine with IE and it only shows blank in Netscape.
