Hi..

I believe chuck may have written a script to map exisiting PP users into your forums user table, (scripts/whatever all depending on which forum you use) but i'm not to sure about this.

this is what i would do..

I would install your forum anyways ask your users to register and then install photopost (integrated with forum of course) then i'd take the photos from existing users/photopost and upload them (set as "username") to the gallery...

Long process maybe - but maybe chuck has a faster solution, good luck

Here is what you need to do in order

1. Install forum.

2. Either write a script to import users or manually register them IN ORDER so the userid's match.

3. In photopost settings table setting 41 and 83 change to the new integration type and forum table prefix

4. Update the config-inc.php with the new database info

5. Update the settings table entries 171-173 with the new cookie info

That should get ya rolling under a forum integration
