Question Successful install failed inplementation 5.0.3

http://www.silverblades.net/photopost/index.php

This is the location of the error. I have done 3 errorless installs but once completed and I try to log in or go to the index.php is ....

Notice: Undefined variable: argv in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photopost\index.php on line 15

Notice: Use of undefined constant THIS_SCRIPT - assumed 'THIS_SCRIPT' in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photopost\index.php on line 20

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photopost\header-inc.php on line 61

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photopost\header-inc.php on line 62

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\includes') in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photopost\header-inc.php on line 62

Did I miss something in the install?

This is on a PHP 5.0.4 box yes all the php setting are set. =D mySQL is version 4.1.7. Not sure what is the problem any help would be apprecated.

The config file continues to create an invalid directory in the integration config even though I had checked it several times other changes were made so I know the permissions were there but the directory was incorrect.

These are the errors I am left with, I still can not access the admin tool.

I would turn off notices for your PHP, we are preparing an update to accomidate NT conventions for the define statement. We turn them off in pp-inc.php, but the first define of a page comes before that include; turning off notices will remove it from appearing.

php.ini

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
