Ratings buttons missing

This seems like an easy one but the answer eludes me.

The ratings scale isn't showing beneath my images.

A quick search through All Options in the control panel show me ...

Display ratings that have no comments attached? YES
Display quickratings under photos? YES
Highest Ratings PAL NO

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thanks.
Layne

How about usergroup permissions editor in admin? Also if you contests set up there will be no ratings bar for that category

I'd love to try that ...

but I think I just locked myself out of my forum.

::embarassment::

I was messing around with the cookies path in vBulletin.

I deleted my cookies and now am back in.

Whew!

I liken the experience to locking the keys in the car!

Okay, checking the PhotoPost Category Editor for member galleries shows ...

Rating type set to RATINGS
Usergroup Access Permissions at the bottom has admin activated for all four topics.

Checking PhotoPost Usergroup Editor shows admin with all permissions set to yes except "Require Moderation"

Everything looks right?

Not sure where this is. But if you're talking about

Administration ->
Edit Categories ->
Member Galleries ->
Edit->
Usergroup Access Permissions

Those have post permissions.

If that's not the place you're talking about.

Can you walk me to the options you're talking about?

Thanks!
Layne

Turns out users are able to rate images. They can see the ratings scale. Me, I can't. Could it be that I can't rate my own images? Or could it be that adminstrators can't rate images?

Thanks,
Layne

Try updating to 5.03 so we are not trying to track through old bugs. I do beleive there are some old threads on this issue on the forum here but updating will surely solve any issues.
