chmod?
Okay, from reading some of the threads on this board I have a feeling I'm asking a REALLY simple question. But alas, it's an importnat one everyone seems to jump right over!

Being a newb...

How do I "chmod" my files so I can begin the install?

Found it. I had to change permissions using my FTP client.
