PhotoPost Mogrify Error

Using PhotoPost 4.86 and ImageMagick. Whenever a user tries to load an image, this error shows...

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: -1

Command:

"C:\Progra~1\ImageMagick-5.5.6-Q16\mogrify.exe" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Luv2Scrapbook/gallery/data/561/864Winter-thumb.jpg

All the user permissions for the IUSR and IWAM accounts are in the photopost directory as well as the imagemagick directory, but still errors out. Please help.

Have you verified that mogrify is at the path: C:\Progra~1\ImageMagick-5.5.6-Q16\mogrify.exe

I made sure of the mogrify.exe path.

We made the following discovery lately.

1. Log on server with PhotoPost gallery as administrator.
2. Pull up gallery in browser in the server.
3. Log on in PhotoPost as standard user and upload image.
4. Upload works.

Now I made sure that the IUSR, IWAM server accounts have Full Access to the entire gallery folder. When we try this exercise outside the server (coming in as anonymous) it gives us the error code: 1

My question is, what account is PHP using to access the pages and where can we modify this? It looks like it is a security issue but I need to know what ID to grant the necessary rights.
