Having a lot of trouble..need help!

well in your phpbb options set your custom style as the default style

next look at your phpbb profile page what style do you have yours set to? we check this to display the proper style for users.

I think I got it figured out. Another question for ya though:

If you goto www.sneekeetalk.com/newdesign.php

You will see how I want to layout my site. How can I make it so that the featured photo can show up dynamically on my home page, as well as list the number of albums we have and other information about our photo gallery? Where is the code for that information stored at and how can I get it so it will display where I want it to?

ah I think what I would like, is the site statistics box to be displayed on my home page...how would I do that as well? Can you give me any helpful pointers as to how to customize the whole look at feel of the gallery? I could do some really awesome stuff her e if I just knew where to go to make my changes and how to go about making them.
