Members suddenly someone else?

Hey all,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a problem on my server or something like that. MODS: if this should be in the installation and upgrades forum, pelase move this topic there. Thanks!

Allthough I thought this problem was solved, it turns out it isn't. I run a site (http://www.scrappingmemories.nl) with PHP Nuke 7.6 patch 2.9 and Photopost 5.03 (both fresh install, no upgrade from previous versions).

When a member logs in into the mainpart (PHP Nuke) they don't have a problem. They are welcomed as the username they are.
BUT, when they are in Photopost they (on a random basis it seems) greated as someone else and when they upload photos the photos supposedly belong to someone else too. This is really getting annoying. I didn't have these kind of problems when I had version 486 installed (before I had to entirely reinstall my site due to problems, including deleting all databases and reinstalling them). So I didn't expect these sort of problems now.

What's going on here and how can I solve this problem? I'm completely out of ideas.

Thanks for your help!

Regards,
Ilse

Well if you or I cant reproduce it alot more investigation would need to happen I have seen users who allow unregistered uploads and cookie settings not set right that there photos would belong to unregistered since cookies are off but never belonging to another user

Your cookie settings should match the forum

Okay, I figured I have set a cookie prefix for the forum of PHP Nuke. I have set this same prefix for Photopost. I'll ask around if this solved the problem. I'll let you know about that.

Ilse
